                                                   i.      Type:  Preliminary and Final Major Subdivision with Ancillary Variance and Design Waiver Relief

                                                 ii.       Description:  Application of Benzion Yungreis, LLC as Applicant and MYF Howell Holdings, LLC as Owners seeking approval to subdivide the existing lot into two new lots both with access from Larrabee Boulevard by a proposed asphalt driveway.  Both lots will be serviced by new septic systems in the front yards and private wells in the rear yards.  They are also proposing a drywell system n the rear yard to recharge the roof runoff from the proposed dwellings on premises known as Block 24, Lot 11.03, Larrabee Boulevard.  This application was originally scheduled to be heard on January 16, 2025 when it was carried to March 6, 2025 with no further notice.  On March 6, 2025 this application was carried to April 3, 2025 with  no further notice.
