After being carried several times it was rescheduled with notice.

                                                ii.      Description: Application of Haji Holding LLC as Applicant and Haji Holding, LLC (Lot 36.02) and Shopon & Shawn Mowla (Lot 34.01) as Owners seeking approvals to construct a 32 x 45 ft pavilion over an existing outdoor paver patio seating area, replacement of an existing 30 x 60 ft. tent with a new pavilion of the same footprint, and the expansion of stone walkways and a paver patio near an existing onsite pond.  They are also proposing a lot line adjustment for the shared property line between existing lots 34.01 and 36.02 in Block 178, known as 420 and 438 Adelphia Road. This application was scheduled to be heard on February 24, 2025 when it was scheduled to April 7, 2025 with no further notice.
