                                                  i.       Type:  Preliminary Major Subdivision with Ancillary Variance & Design Waiver Relief

                                                 ii.      Description:  Application of Besadar, LLC as Applicant and Donald & Midred Geib as Owners seeking approval to clear 2.12 +/- acres of wooded area, remove all existing improvements except for the dwelling and driveway to subdivide the existing tract into seven total lots and construct a new public road with a cul-de-sac.  Proposed lots 1 through 6 will all have a new 2-story, 40 ft by 50 ft. dwellings with associated asphalt driveway, concrete walk, well, and 25 ft by 50 ft septic system in the front yard.  Proposed Lot 7 will satisfy the ARE-2 Open Lands subdivision requirement and will be 9.19 acres in size and contain the existing dwelling and open space for farming. Stormwater management will be addressed by two (2) hydraulically connected aboveground basins, one located in lot 1 and the other in lots 6 & 7.  Additional improvements include fencing around the basins, street signage, landscaping and lighting on premises known as Block 76, Lots 33 & 34, 57 Church Road.  This application was partially heard on September 5, 2024 when it was carried to October 17, 2024 with no further notice.
