ii. Description: Application of Lesette Cholula as Applicant and Owner seeking approval to
subdivide the existing lot into two (2) new lots; lot 128.01 and lot 128.02. Proposed
lot 128.01 is 0.23 acres in size and proposed lot 128.02 is 0.31 acres in size.
The existing dwelling is shown to remain on proposed lot 128.01 and a future
dwelling would be built on lot 128.02. The applicant also proposes a drywell
system in the rear yard of proposed lot 128.02. The existing driveway from Freewood Street would remain for the existing dwelling on
proposed lot 128.01, and a new paved driveway would be required for any new
dwelling on proposed lot 128.02.
